What this site is
porchlight.house introduces Porchlight, a tool for homeowners selling their own homes, and offers a waitlist for early access. The product isn't generally available yet. Anything this site says about how Porchlight works describes what we're building, and it may change, arrive later than shown, or work differently at launch.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't obligate you to anything. It also doesn't guarantee access, timing, pricing, or availability in your state. When Porchlight is available to you, we'll reach out and you can decide then.
Not professional advice
Porchlight is not a law firm, a licensed real estate brokerage, a lender, or a financial advisor, and nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Selling a home involves contracts and rules that vary by state. Have a licensed real estate attorney review your contract and handle your closing.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully: no attempting to break, probe, overload, or interfere with it, no scraping or harvesting information from it, and no misrepresenting who you are when you sign up.
Our content
The content on this site, including its text, design, graphics, and the Porchlight name and mark, belongs to Porchlight. You're welcome to link to the site. Please don't copy or reuse the content commercially without permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Porchlight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the amount you have paid us to use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. They cover your use of this website only.
Changes
We may update these terms as Porchlight develops. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top will always tell you when they last changed.
